RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• Products must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• Products must be in a new and unused condition with the labels still attached.
• Product returns and exchanges are accepted for products in our 'classic' range only.
• Product returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for products that have been custom made to your specifications from our 'Design Your Own' range.
• We can't accept refunds or exchanges on products that have already been used, are damaged, or are returned later than 10 days after delivery. 
• The return of products is at the expense of the buyer, not Cosmic Dog Gear.
• Please note that a 10% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us via email to cosmicdoggear@gmail.com. Please ensure that you return or exchange your product within 10 days after delivery in an unused condition. The product would then have to be posted to:

Please note that we must to receive and inspect your return before we can send any exchange product or issue a refund.

Postage costs for all returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer, alongside with any additional costs, i.e. if your product would be exchanged for a product of higher value. 

Please note that it can take between 7-10 business days, for the refund to show in your bank account, even if we issue the refund as soon as we receive the product back.

We recommend to return your products using "Tracked Delivery", which will allow you to track your parcel. Please note that there is no need to purchase "Special Delivery" for your return, as this shipping method doesn't allow you to track your parcel, and is a costly and unnecessary delivery option for your return.
